The newlyweds have practically been spending every waking moment at the beach, showing off their ripped bodies with each ***y swimsuit snap they've posted on social media. But the duo took a break from swinging in hammocks and dancing in the crystal-clear waters for a midvacation workout that screams #CoupleGoals.
Brooks recently shared a ****** of pictures from their sweat session, which included overhead squats (using Julianne as a weight), split squats, weighted push-ups, and pistol squats (on top of a rock . . . casual). In the caption, Brooks detailed the importance of finding time to stay fit, writing, "Fitness should never be a chore, if it is you are doing it wrong. Working out should be fun and something that invigorates and inspires you to become your best self! It should be something you look forward to as a part of your day......even on your honeymoon!"
