Three-member special implementation bench on the Panama Leaks verdict headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and comprising Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan resumed hearing in the Panama Leaks case on the third consecutive day here Wednesday.

In his remarks, Justice Ijaz said Prime Minister had assured to provide money trail of all properties, however, he did **t respond about when they bought the flats and from where funds were received for their purchase.

"Everything is clear except for the ownership of the London properties," observed Justice Ejaz.

The counsel for Prime Minister, Khawaja Harris Ahmed, concluded his arguments today.

As the hearing began, Harris argued before the bench that the prime minister was **t asked about any of his assets. "If the JIT had something, they would have asked questions," he said.

Justice Ijaz remarked that the main question as to how the funds reached London from Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia has still **t been answered by the Sharif family.

PM's counsel referred to Section 5-A of NAB Ordinance under which husband or father can**t be held responsible for assets belonged to wife or children.

Beginning his arguments, Ishaq Dar's lawyer, Dr Tariq Hassan said that attitude of JIT members with his client was unpleasant, on this Justice Azmat asked are you unhappy with us as well?

Dar's counsel invited bench's ire when he claimed that the JIT has unnecessarily dragged his client into the case. The judges observed that his client refused to provide the JIT with the necessary documents to support his case.

The hearing was adjourned till Thursday.
