With regard to the article "Saudi in appearance, foreigner in reality" (Mar. 25), it is true that it is Saudi nationality, **t qualifications or ethics, that matters. If you look at hospitals in the Kingdom, you will find that the heads of the various departments are Saudi doctors even though there are other more qualified and experienced expatriate doctors there.
