CG launches handbook for Indian workers

JEDDAH - Indian Consul General Faiz Ahmed Kidwai Wednesday launched a labor guide for Indian workers. The guide titled "Employment in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: A guide for Indian workers" is published by the consulate?s labor section. The 54-page guide contains all the relevant labor-related information that the Indian expatriates need to k**w from their arrival until their departure from the Kingdom. "The handbook would serve as a guide **t only to workers but to the volunteers and their organizations as well in order to guide Indian workers for claiming their rights under the Kingdom?s labor laws," Kidwai told a gathering of community volunteers and media representatives at the consulate conference hall.
