'Mario Kart' in VR looks nauseatingly fun

Mario Kart Arcade GP VR is the absolute worst idea that I can't wait to try for myself one day. Imagine Nintendo's Mario Kart ******, except in virtual reality. That's what you're looking at here.
How do they keep players from yakking whenever there's a banana-induced spin-out? I hope to find out someday, but it won't be soon. As cool (or as terrifying) as this might seem to you, it's only playable at a single arcade, in Tokyo's Shinjuku ward.
