Apple released iOS 11 (http://mashable.com/category/ios-11/) developer beta 3 the other day and there's a new feature that hints at possible native livestreaming.

When you go into the redesigned Control Center and 3D Touch or long press on the Screen Recording shortcut button, the menu **w says "Start Broadcast."*
