Infiltrator arrested near Kuwait border

DAMMAM - A young man who tried to sneak into the country by hiding under a car?s back seat has been arrested near the Saudi-Kuwaiti border, according to Eastern Province Passport Department spokesman Lt. Col. Mo?ala Al-Otaibi. The young man did **t have a passport or any other identification.
