ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team took the server of the Security Exchange and Commission of Pakistan (SECP) into its custody as it had obtained the relevant record and taken the statements of all the directors concerned who were involved in the investigation against the Chaudhry Sugar Mills.
It is likely that the FIA team will submit its report on Monday. The Supreme Court had directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to initiate a probe into the tampering ofSECP's records, as alleged by the JIT implementing the court's verdict on the Panamagate case, and submit a report in this regard.
