The King of Saudi Arabia Shah Salman will be in Makkah for performing Umra. After many years, the king will stay in the holy city for 10 days.

In the meanwhile, Prime Minister’s son-in-law Captain Muhammad Safdar who has been informed by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) designated by the Supreme Court in PanamaLeaks case to appear before it on 24th of this month, is leaving for Saudi Arabia along with his wife Ms Maryam Nawaz Sharif today (Saturday). The couple will also proceed to London from Madina Munawwarah.

Hussain Nawaz, son of the Prime Minister who lives in Saudi Arabia, left for Jeddah on Friday. Well placed sources told The News here on Friday evening that Captain Muhammad Safdar has intimated the JIT that he has already scheduled for visiting Saudi Arabia and London. He will perform Umrah and offer prayers later in Masjid-e-Nabvi before leaving for the United Kingdom. He will undergo medical check-up in London since he has visited the doctors thrice in London in less than three months.

In the circumstances; it wouldn’t possible for him to appear before the team on the schedule given by it. He has asked for a fixation of date after Eidul Fitr days. Likewise Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also visit his doctors in London where he underwent cardiac surgery in May last year. He has been advised to visit the doctor for regular check-up but he has failed in compliance due to his hectic engagements at home.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members have been spending their last days of Ramazan in Madina Munawarrah after performing Umrah for several years. As per the tradition most of the family members would undertake the sojourn at their own schedule but they celebrate Eid together.

They pray for the well being of the country during stay in Harams and bear all expenses form their own pocket. Brief personal staff of the Prime Minister will accompany him in the Holy sojourn.

Despite the visit being absolutely private, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will have an informal meeting with Khadim-e-Harmain Sharifain in Jeddah where the two leaders discuss important subjects of the mutual and regional interest.

The sources pointed out that Prime Minister Nawaz and his family would stay in London for four days but the schedule has to be firmed up in a day or two. Hussain Nawaz will also leave for London from Madina Munawarah and later return Pakistan with other family members, the sources pointed out.
