First reported (http://www.businessinsider.com/steve-jobs-**-television-2014-3) by Business Insider, the book Haunted Empire: Apple After Steve Jobs (http://www.harpercollins.com/books/Haunted-Empire-Yukari-Iwatani-Kane/) by former Wall Street Journal reporter Iwatani Kane describes a "Top 100" meeting in 2010 where 100 of Apple's top executives, managers and employees attended a closed off-site retreat. On the last day of the event, Jobs told attendees to "ask me anything" without fear of insulting him. Somebody asked Jobs if Apple was going to release a TV.
