These precious little baby bears can't even climb up this fence

In the clip, four adorable bear cubs attempt to follow a mama bear over a fence. One manages to get all the way to the top but seems to be unsure of what to do next. The other three struggle to shimmy their little bodies any further, until one of them simply gives up and dashes off-screen.
The woman swooning over these cute cubs in the background saying, "aww, they can't climb" is basically the voice of anyone who watches the video.
