On Wednesday, millions sat for China's **toriously grueling two-day college entrance exam, k**wn as the gaokao (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Higher_Education_Entrance_Examination).
While everyone files into testing facilities for the exam, 16 kids in **rthern China's Shanxi province will sit the test in isolation (http://www.sixthtone.com/news/1000282/separate-exam-rooms-for-students-with-hiv-helpful-or-harmful%3F) — because they're HIV-positive.
