High school students call out dress code for labeling bra straps a distraction

A pair of rival signs posted at a Canadian high school is the latest in the debate on dress codes and ***ism.
As CNN reports (http://www.cnn.com/2017/06/06/health/canada-dress-code-debate-trnd/index.html), it began with a group of young women angered by the often ***ist ways (http://mashable.com/2017/05/23/shirt-ho**r-roll-student-graduation/?utm_campaign=&utm_context=textlink&utm_medium=rss&utm_source=) in which school dress codes are enforced. So, they did what any good teen should do in this situation: They took it to the girls' bathroom.*

Wild Rose School Division superintendent Brad Volkman tells the Edmonton Journal (http://edmontonjournal.com/news/local-news/breton-high-school-girls-bathroom-signs-stir-brouhaha-over-dress-code) that the school's principal addressed students on the subject, and called on them to be "respectful" of one a**ther and admonished the students' use of name calling.* Read more...
