In the early hours of Sunday morning, Jordan Cairns shared a Facebook Live video (https://www.facebook.com/jordan.cairns.180/videos/10207625498796038/?pnref=story) from the streets of Cheltenham, UK. The clip shows Cairns and his friends driving through the high street, blasting out "Boom Boom Boom Boom!!" at full volume before stopping the car to start an impromptu dance party with a group of merry strangers.
