Rachel Starr, who lives in San Francisco, says, “I haven’t had the best luck in relationships and my mom is always the one I turn to when things don’t work out. She’s been married to my dad for 37 years so obviously they’ve done something right. After she lets me vent for a while about my boy troubles, she always says ‘You have to kiss a lot of frogs – and maybe a few toads – before you find your prince.’ It’s pretty cheesy, but it’s something that’s really stuck with me.” * Read more...
