Some mysterious bots seem to have taken a keen interest in telecommunications policy.

Automated programs are thought to be responsible for more than 100,000 identical comments (https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/search/filings?proceedings_name=17-108&q=The%20unprecedented%20regulatory%20power%20the%2 0Obama%20Administration%20imposed&sort=date_disseminated,DESC) recently posted to the Federal Communications Commission's website.

The messages, each posted under a different name, urge the agency to roll back the Obama Administration's rules for protecting net neutrality.
