The electoral body also ordered Imran Khan to to submit his reply till May 23rd.
Petitioner Hashim Ali Bhutta had said that Khan did **t mention his Bani Gala residence and London flats in his asset declaration failing to abide by articles 62 and 63 of the constitution.
Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan on Monday remarked that the body has the jurisdiction to hear the PTI-foreign funding case, rejecting the party’s petition challenging the ECP authority.
