So early Thursday morning, rumours (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4471696/Royal-staff-called-London-emergency-meeting.html) started flying around the internet that Buckingham Palace had called an emergency staff meeting .

Soon #BuckinghamPalace (https://twitter.com/hashtag/BuckinghamPalace?src=tren&data_id=tweet%3A860017103776215040), "The Queen", "Prince Philip", "Prince Charles" and "Royal Family" were all trending on Twitter, and people were wildly speculating about what the meeting might be for.
