Army repulses cross-border attack in S Waziristan

RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army repulsed a cross-border terrorist attack on two border checkposts in South Waziristan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in the early hours of Tuesday. In a statement issued here, the military’s media wing said that the army troops valiantly repulsed the attack, killing three terrorists and injuring a number of others in an intense exchange of fire.
