The tech mogul revealed the video at the TED conference (https://ted2017.ted.com/) in Vancouver as he delved deeper into his latest project, The Boring Company.
“There’s ** real limit to how many levels of tunnels you can have,” Musk said, according to Recode (https://www.recode.net/2017/4/28/15475636/elon-musk-boring-company-tunnels-ted). “The deepest mines are much deeper than the tallest buildings are tall.”
