As a teacher, Mr. J is used to discovering left-behind **tes (https://www.popsugar.com/moms/What-Kids-Wished-Teachers-Knew-43135574) and messages scribbled on desks. But when he walked into his classroom he found a letter written to him and the student's message (https://www.popsugar.com/moms/Teacher-Comforting-Student-Floor-43119895) left him fighting back tears.
In addition to thanking him for being an awesome teacher, Markus explained that the Mr. J is the reason that he enjoyed this school year and it's **t just because of his teaching abilities. "I wish more teachers was like you. I will never forget you. I look at you like my dad," he wrote (https://twitter.com/mainey_maine). "I never met my real dad but it's OK because you treat me like I'm your son."
