SC’s Cause List released on Tuesday said that the court will give judgment in the Panama case at 2:00pm on April 20. The public relations ******r of the apex court also confirmed the development.
Earlier, a five-member bench led by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa had reserved its verdict in the Panamagate case on Feb 23.
Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Sirajul Haq, PTI chief Imran Khan and Sheikh Rashid Ahmed had filed petitions seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over his alleged misstatement in his address to the nation and his speech before the National Assembly.
