This world leader likes canned spaghetti on pizza and seriously, WTF?

We can deal with a certain amount of experimentation on pizza.
But we can't commiserate with the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Bill English, who happens to like putting canned spaghetti on his pizza.*
A true abomination and clearly the sign of an unstable leader, if ever there was.
