Google has ended production of its Pixel laptop, which originally aimed to compete (https://www.macrumors.com/2013/02/21/google-introduces-the-chromebook-pixel-to-compete-with-the-macbook-air/) with Apple's MacBook (https://www.macrumors.com/roundup/macbook-air/) Air.
During a small meeting with journalists today at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Google's senior vice president for hardware Rick Osterlohthe responded to a question about future Pixel **tebooks, saying the company has "** plans to do one right **w".
According to TechCrunch (https://techcrunch.com/2017/02/28/google-calls-time-on-the-pixel-laptop/), he added that versions already on the market have totally sold out and there are ** plans to make any more of them. However, Osterlohthe was quick to clarify that he was **t referring to the **tebooks' operating system, ChromeOS.
