Près de 60% des femmes d?Antananarivo accouchent à domicile
Même dans la capitale, la ville voire le Grand-Tanà, agglomération la mieux équipée en infrastructures de santé par rapport au reste du pays, la majorité des femmes accouchent encore à domicile. D’après les chiffres de l’INSTAT Madagascar (Institut national de la statistique) plus de 58,6% des femmes enceintes dans la Commune Urbaine d’Antananarivo accouchent encore à domicile.
