A new report (http://www.wsj.com/articles/samsung-investigation-blames-battery-size-for-galaxy-**te-7-fires-1484906193) from the Wall Street Journal points to irregularly shaped batteries that led to overheating.

The report comes just hours after Samsung an**unced that it had identified the cause and would reveal its findings (http://mashable.com/2017/01/19/samsung-**te7-report-date/) in Seoul, Korea on Monday, Jan. 22 at 8 p.m. ET. Samsung, which reportedly concluded its own exhaustive investigation late last month (http://mashable.com/2016/12/19/samsung-galaxy-**te-7-investigation-completed/), "will discuss the findings of the investigations and unveil new measures Samsung has implemented in response to the incidents," the company said in a release.
