EU Foreign Ministers to Discuss Congo Political Crisis Amid Sanctions Push

European foreign ministers will discuss the political crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo when they meet in Luxembourg on Oct. 17, diplomats said, as some capitals push for the bloc to impose sanctions.
