1. *Episode 401 - "Green Arrow"
The premiere marks a turning point for our hero, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), which informs his trajectory for the season. After choosing to leave Starling City at the end of Season 3 to attempt to live a regular civilian life with his girlfriend Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), he reluctantly comes to realize that his home and his teammates need him to be a symbol of hope, without the violence and murder that punctuated his early days behind the mask.
