Railway staffer dies after falling from pylon

NANKANA SAHIB: An employee of the Pakistan Railways died after falling from an electricity pylon near the railway station here on Sunday.
Reportedly, electrician Talat Mehmood was working on a pylon when he suddenly fell down. As a result, he was killed on the spot.

NANKANA SAHIB: Power supply remained suspended for about 19 hours here.
The power supply went off on Saturday night and was restored on Sunday after**on. Water supply also remained suspended during the power loadshedding, adding to the people’s problems. The citizens have demanded the high-ups concerned look into the matter.
