Londoners horrified by 'Tube Chat' badge encouraging them to interact on the tube

LONDON — Londoners have united in their collective horror at a mysterious initiative involving the Underground transport system.
Someone, **t TFL (https://twitter.com/TfL/status/781440996823498752), has been handing out badges at London Underground stations bearing the words "Tube Chat?" in an effort that gravely underestimates the British fear of social interaction.
