Britney Spears managed to push through an unexpected acrobatics fail during her set at Tuesday's Apple Music Festival in London.

Judging by a few videos posted to Twitter, it appears that perhaps there was a miscommunication with her flip assistant. However, Spears told BBC Radio 1 (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0499zbm) on Wednesday that she bailed on the flip at the last minute because the dancer helping her had never done the move onstage.
