Obviously googly eyes are meant to be a bit of light-hearted fun, but when they're attached to billboard-sized human faces, the fun very quickly turns into terror.
Someone has put massive googly eyes on the people on the boards round the construction site of Dundee train station 😂 (https://www.instagram.com/p/BKtISXBgxs_/)
