ATC extends bail of accused in Fahad Malik murder case

ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday extended the interim bail of an accused Hashim Ali involved in Fahad Malik murder case till September 28. ATC Judge Syed Kausar Abbass Zaidi heard the case and counsel of accused Hashmi Ali did **t appear in the court. The court warned that the lawyer should appear in the court on the next date of hearing otherwise ** further opportunity would be given. The court extended the interim bill of the accused till September 28 and adjourned the hearing.
