LONDON — Veterinarians are urging people **t to purchase certain breeds of dogs including pugs, bulldogs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and shih-tzus.
Breeds such as these are called brachycephalic dogs, and a range of health problems are associated with their characteristic "flat faces".
