SSP attack case
ISLAMABAD: Judge Sohail Ikram of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), Islamabad, on Tuesday heard the case of an attack on SSP Asmatullah Junejo by the PTI and PAT workers during the 2014 sit-ins in Islamabad and issued **n-bailable arrest warrants for the PTI Chairman Imran Khan and PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri once again, observing that the police were unable to see that Imran Khan was free to hold meetings.
The court ordered the SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiyani to present Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri before the court till October 11.
This is the second time arrest warrants have been issued. In this regard, the courtImran Khan is holding rallies everywhere and you can**t arrest him, the judge remarked. Police submitted compliance report in the court where it was stated that when they raided residence of the accused they were **t present in their house. The court expressed its dissatisfaction at the report
