Physical remand granted in murder case

OKARA: Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court ** 4 Judge Muhammad Ilyas on Saturday granted seven days physical remand of two murderers of a fifth class student.Rab Nawaz, a fifth class student of Mian Colony, was missing for the last four weeks. Later, A-Division police registered a case and arrested Nabeel and Faizan on suspicion. During investigation, the alleged accused confessed to their crime and said that they had kidnapped Rab Nawaz who died in their custody. Later, Section 7 of the ATA was also added in the FIR. The police had produced the alleged killers in the court for further investigation and recovery of the dead body of the child.
