Jeffrey Tambor urges Hollywood to encourage transgender talent in Emmy speech

They say lightning doesn't strike twice, but in the case of acting Emmys it's been k**wn to to happen (sometimes much more than twice). For Transparent's Jeffrey Tambor, a second win may just be the beginning.
Tambor faced off against his previous competition, actors Anthony Anderson (black-ish), Will Forte (Last Man on Earth) and William H. Macy (Shameless) as well as the category's young newbies, Aziz Ansari (Master of **ne) and Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley).*
"There is ** best actor, all right?" Tambor said. "I am so ho**red to be in this category with these artistic killers."
