KARACHI: Police arrested three suspects who allegedly belonged to the Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) for burning three buses and a truck in the metropolis, on Thursday night.
Police took into custody three suspects from the city's Bhains colony area, for allegedly burning three buses and a truck in Karachi, on Wednesday night. According to police, the suspects who were taken into custody from Bhains colony belonged to MQM and were involved in burning buses in Landhi.
All three suspects were shifted to a police station for further questioning and investigation.
On Wednesday night, three buses and a truck were burnt by unidentified persons in Karachi. MQM Rabita Committee Pakistan had demanded that law enforcement personnel arrest the culprits who were involved in the incident. These incidences had occurred within a difference of a couple of hours on Wednesday night.
A truck was also set on fire in Federal B Area block 6.
