The Rio Paralympics are officially open, as more than 4,000 athletes get ready to break both stereotypes and records. In the U.S., NBC's Sports Network (http://www.nbcsports.com/video/event/rio-2016-paralympic-games) is dedicating 60 hours of coverage to the Games, up from the 5.5 hours during the London Paralympics in 2012.
