Apple's iPhone 7 and 7S prices show that eliminating the headphone jack doesn't save you much money

Apple may have radicalized its product by eliminating the headphone jack from the next-generation iPhone, but one major thing is staying consistent: They're pricey.*
The iPhone 7 starts at $649 for 32GB and also sells for 128GB and 256GB, although Apple didn't break out those prices.*
The iPhone 7 Plus starts at $769 for 32GB and sells 128GB and 256GB versions, as well.*
