World's longest glass bridge abruptly closes after just two weeks

That didn't take long.
Just two weeks after China's Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon glass bridge opened to thousands of visitors (http://mashable.com/2016/08/22/zhangjiajie-bridge-opens/?utm_campaign=BD-Feedlyl&utm_cid=BD-Feedlyl), it had to close suddenly, with ** re-opening date an**unced yet.
The 430-metre-long bridge, touted as the world's longest see-through bridge, is suspended 300-metres above a valley. Government officials shut it to visitors on Friday for an "internal system update."

Since the record-breaking bridge opened to the public on Aug. 20, it has received more than 10,000 visitors on a daily basis.
