WSSP urged to clean Mufti Mehmood Flyover

Bureau report

PESHAWAR: The Mufti Mehmood Flyover is getting dirty for lack of cleaning. A number of motorists complained that garbage is seen at the flanks of the biggest flyover as WSSP officials never bother to ask mechanical sweepers’ operators to carry out the cleaning. They pointed that the situation become worse after even a brief rain as water is accumulated on the flyover. This, they pointed out, impeded the free flow of traffic. A visit to the flyover shows that grass has started growing at least on three points as the heavy dust has turned into piles of earth.
