Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit against the publisher of Grand Theft Auto V was dismissed by a panel of New York judges Thursday, after it determined her likeness was **t used anywhere in the game or its marketing materials.
Lohan, along with Mob Wives star Karen Grava**, sued publisher Take-Two in 2014 (http://mashable.com/2014/07/02/lindsay-lohan-sues-grand-theft-auto-maker/). Lohan claimed the blond, bikini-clad illustration that appeared on GTA V's box art and loading screens was supposed to be her.
