LONDON — A judge has sentenced a man to jail after he refused to carry out a community service order and then bragged about it on his Facebook page.

David Newlands, 24, was sentenced to 150 hours community service (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-35242462) back in January after he and a group of seven others chased a man with learning difficulties through the streets.
