'World's largest truffle' is worth thousands but looks like a lot of poop

One of the world's largest and most expensive truffles ever has been sniffed out by a man and his dog in Australia, and it's thought to be one of the world's largest truffle (https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/32411524/1-5kg-truffle-found-in-victoria-is-one-of-the-worlds-biggest/#page1) hauls to date.
Stuart Dunbar of Yarra Valley Truffles (http://yarravalleytruffles.com.au/blog/) posted the 1.5 kilograms (3.3 pounds) haul online, valued at A$3000 ($2291). It might look like a big pile of poop, but what a score!*
