ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned the attack on a private TV channel and directed the officials concerned to ensure the safety of life and property of the people and the media houses.
He directed that action needs to be taken against the extremist elements behind spreading the unrest and also sought report in this regard.
PM Nawaz termed attack on TV channel as an attack on freedom of press and expression.
