Steve Aoki has formally apologized for breaking a fan?s neck during a performance back in 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Aoki has always been k**wn to go all out at performances, and engaging in antics such as tossing cakes and crowdsurfing on inflatable rafts.
