Runner Emma Coburn was preparing to compete in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, an event in which competitors must clear hurdles and pockets of water.
Sounds like something you'd wanna tie your hair back for, right?
Unfortunately, Coburn did what the long-haired among us have surely done dozens of times — she forgot a damn hair tie.
