Marijuana-filled porta potty stumps naive cops and enrages public

Police in Rogue River, Oregon, were perplexed after a man walking his dog in the park discovered a portable toilet filled with marijuana plants on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press (http://www.oregonlive.com/pacific-**rthwest-news/index.ssf/2016/08/portable_toilet_discovered_ful.html).*
After the discovery was made, cops determined this was the largest seizure of cannabis in department history.
