According to a screenshot (https://twitter.com/doctormcdougall/status/763956021853163520) of his post, Sparks strongly suggested that women who post images or videos of themselves online should consider doing something "GOOD," "MOTIVATING," "INSPIRING," or maybe even "ENTERTAINING" or "EXCITING."
